HIG Flats from Mhada to hit Market, View Mhada Housing Lottery Results

Breaking News! In a significant judgement, the Supreme Court cleared a mega housing project of the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA), paving the way for new Mhada HIG flats to hit the market soon. The legal battle continued for three years, finally came to and end. The Mhada housing project will come up at Lokhandwala complex in Versova.

The Mhada will hand over 25 acres land to Apna Ghar Co-operative Housing Society (CHS). As per the understanding between the parties, Mhada will retain 50 acres of no development zone (NDZ) land and will share 50% of the further subdivided 50 acres of land with Apna Ghar CHS. That means, out of the 100 acres of disputed land, Mhada will retain 75 acres, while Apna Ghar CHS will have 25 acres.
